Because we are a large College and we have a varied intake of students, we have a great deal of sensitive information about pupils which needs to be very well protected. Itr is my job to track down a decent company to provide us with online backup because god help us if we lose all of their attendance records! All joking aside, there is information in our system that is crucial, and if we lost anything, it could really impact on the students grades. It was critical that I found a company that could handle the level of data vthat we needed backing up.

When I started browsing I was immediately struck by one company who just seemed a bit more professional than most of the others I had come across. They really seemed to go the extra mile as well, and they were offering a free online backup plugin for Wordpress sites. This just seemed like a great gesture, and I decided that I would download this plugin to one of the College websites. I was amazed at just how simple the plugin was to set up on our site. It can only have taken me half an hour to get everything right, and it looked as if it was something that we could roll out across all of our sites.
